How soon does my item ship?
Your order will be packed with care, insured to the full value, and shipped within 2 business days of your order being placed. We will send you a tracking number for you to track your order as soon as it is generated.
What if there is issues or I am unhappy with my purchase?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery or within 30 calendar days of your purchase and we will resolve any issue or process a return.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 calendar days of your purchase date to arrange return shipping of the items. The items must be insured and shipped via a trackable shipping service to ensure we can confirm receipt. Once we receive the items, we will issue a refund or store credit. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and our shipping costs are not refundable.
